Anne
Lettieri joined our sales service staff with an extensive
background as a purchasing agent and buyer for worldwide distribution
centers. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Northern
Illinois University in Graphic Technology and Print Processes.
Her broad range of technical skills and product knowledge
will make her a good resource for all of our stakeholders.

Bonita brought both technical
and administrative skills with her when she joined HESCO
in July 2006. She moved from Virginia to Central Florida
21 years ago, and has been a Character Education teacher
and an engineering firm manager prior to joining HESCO.
In addition to being the Program Manager for our Macro Bins,
and the recycling of polypropylene and HDPE bins, Bonita
handles the inventory of the warehouse for janitorial, safety,
testing, and harvesting supplies, RPCs, barcodes, pails
and pallets.

Dolly joined the HESCO team in
1986, a mere 20 years ago! She was actually working at Blue
Ribbon Citrus Packers, then soon to become one of HESCO's
members, in their sales department. Dolly reminisces that
she occasionally filled in as a packer and grader, which
ironically has given her great insight into packinghouse
operations. She spent the first twelve years of her HESCO
career working in Sales Service, coordinating purchases
of our inventoried items while becoming familiar with all
of our products and clients. She has spent the past eleven
years as a Field Service Coordinator, working face-to-face
with members and special accounts to evaluate vendor options,
administer account details, resolve supply chain problems,
and train and develop other HESCO colleagues. Dolly has
been instrumental in helping us broaden our product base,
increase our level of service support and improve our overall
value to our clients.

Donna joined the staff at
HESCO in 1991, after working 10 years for the plumbing distributor,
Hughes Supply. Her field of expertise has grown from maintenance
and repair items to include packaging supplies for processors
and fresh fruit packinghouses. Donna maintains HESCO's inventory
for purepak, can cases, liners, shrink film, stretch film,
bottle bags, labels, ingredients, and post-harvest chemicals.
As General Manager for HEPSCO, the fuel and lubricant subsidiary
of HESCO, Donna is responsible for all lubricant, tire, and
battery inventories. She manages fuel programs for her customers
in natural gas, propane, high- and low-sulphur diesel, gasoline,
and Bunker C. |

Hector
joined the HESCO Adhesive Program as a Field Sales Coordinator
in December 2008. While having worked for a major adhesive
manufacturer as a Territory Manager in the Caribbean for 14
years, he gained not only valuable selling experience, he
developed a keen sense of what customer service is all about.
Prior to leaving his home base in Puerto Rico to relocate
to Tampa a few years ago, Hector and his wife managed their
own adhesive and film distribution company. He has also had
other selling experience in the outdoor furniture business
as well as in new and used cars! Hector is bilingual and is
an accomplished pianist and guitarist. |

After
serving two years in the US Army in a medic internship, over
ten years in high school district- and community college-related
positions, a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration,
and three years in a family-owned home construction business,
Gail was adequately prepared to join our sales service team
as Manager of our Adhesive Program in 2002. She had
product pricing responsibility, inventory management control,
telemarketing coordination, and sales staff oversight.
In 2005 Gail resigned
her position with us and returned to California to be closer
to her family. Then, lo and behold, as HESCO became
more active in the Mexican fruit and produce packaging business,
it was determined a "West Coast" presence might
be equally advantageous. Gail was re-hired as the Adhesive
Program Manager in early 2006 and is working hard to develop
and coordinate business opportunities for us in other agriculturally-oriented
areas of the southern and western United States. |

Janet became a HESCO Sales Service Coordinator in 2010. She
had previously been employed with Tampa Forklift as a Territory
Sales Manager and with Florida Lift Systems as a Service Dispatcher/Coordinator.
In addition to assuming many of the supply coordination responsibilities
associated with HEPSCO, Janet will handle Gift Fruit Packaging
and other related supply items. |
