a supply distribution center, HESCO is not held to the same level
of regulatory compliance scrutiny as our member citrus packinghouses
and processing plants. However, so that our members and clients
may be in a better position to acknowledge their food safety and
chain of custody responsibilities and efforts to their customers,
we have asked Primus Labs and the American Institute of Baking (AIB)
to hold us to those same standards when inspecting our facilities.
Review and reproduce our latest inspection certificates as needed.
We also maintain a library of a variety
of videotapes and CDs for our members' safety training programs,
as well as an outline of issues associated with food security procedures
