The HESCO Team

Dolly joined the HESCO team in 1986 from Blue Ribbon Citrus Packers out of their sales department. Dolly reminisces that she occasionally filled in as a packer and grader, which ironically has given her great insight into packinghouse operations. She spent the first twelve years of her HESCO career working in Sales Service, coordinating purchases of our inventoried items while becoming familiar with all of our products and clients.

In 1998, she became a Field Service Coordinator, working face-to-face with members and special accounts to evaluate vendor options, administer account details, resolve supply chain problems, and train and develop other HESCO colleagues. In 2010, Dolly became Sales Service Manager and has been instrumental in helping us broaden our product base, increase our level of service support and improve our overall value to our clients. She also serves as Secretary to the HESCO Board of Directors.
